Stay savvy! KPC hosts its annual spring conference, which offers speakers addressing hot topics pertinent to our profession, and roundtable discussions that stimulate an exchange of new ideas.
The National Federation of Press Women's annual conference offers professional development seminars led by nationally known professionals and the opportunity to network with colleagues in your field from across the nation.

Communications contest
Win accolades and recognition! Our annual competition for members and nonmembers — including university students — categories reflecting the broad range of our professions. First-place winners who are KPC and NFPW members advance to national competition. And, members pay a reduced entry fee. Communicator of Achievement competition
Go for the gold! Each year KPC selects a member as the Communicator of Achievement. It is our top honor bestowed for contributions to the communications industry. The winner is then eligible to compete at the national level. For rules and past winners, click here.

Keep current! KPC activities, people and communication news are featured in our monthly newsletter, CommuniKPC, and quick digital briefs called "e-notes." Our members also receive the National Federation of Press Women Agenda offering information on professional development opportunities, member benefits and broader communication issues.
